LowCarb and more… is a Minneapolis and St. Paul area independent retailer
of low carb, sugar free, and low sugar grocery products.
We are a family and friends owned business, and we strive to provide a personal touch to each
and every order. Many of our customers visit us on a regular basis and we have almost come
to actually ‘know’ them. Some have e-mailed us with special questions and we do all we can to
try and answer them.
We understand low carb dieting, as we have staff that have been ‘low carbing’ for
over 6 years. During this time, the industry has gone through significant changes with new products
being introduced on a weekly basis. A few manufacturers have stopped operations, but we firmly believe
in low carb dieting as a viable alternative to those ‘other’ diets. Low Carb dieting offers
plans where one does not need to be ‘hungry’ at any point in time. As with all diets, we
understand that to be successful long term, one needs to make a change in their dietary habits.
We have also found that lowering sugar in ones diet will make weight control a much
easier task. Even if one is not living a low carb lifestyle, by selecting lower sugar foods, the
reduction in sugar based calories makes for a healthier you.
